#1 Text questionnaire links
Data collection is always tough. Getting clients to complete the pre- and post-programme questionnaires that you need to report on is even tougher! By sending a questionnaire link via text, your chances of people completing it before their appointment goes up three-fold.
It’s simple to do, and saves you hours in admin time spent chasing clients to return their questionnaires. You can configure your text message campaigns to send a questionnaire link with their booking reminder text, and you can also text a questionnaire link to a client from the referral record.

#2 Automated reminder texts
You can also make use of our text functionality to send automated reminders with links to things like ongoing questionnaires you need clients to complete before an appointment, or end of programme feedback. Rather than having to go through the questions with them when they arrive, send a text reminder with a link and save precious time during their consultation. As an added bonus, it will serve as a reminder for their appointment.
Getting answers back in advance will also allow you to get up to date with their needs before you meet, plus it can remove any chance of bias – we find clients often skew their answers to be better than reality when advisors go through questionnaires in person.
Automated texts are also a time-saving option for welcoming new referrals and nudging them to get in touch to book their initial appointment, as well as for appointment confirmations, class cancellations and as motivation for attending sessions.
#3 Setting up your workflows
In a busy service, working out exactly what should happen and when can be a difficult and time-consuming task. But if you can dedicate time to formulating your workflow, it’s so worthwhile. A well thought-out task management workflow, set up in ReferAll, will help keep your team consistently delivering the same high-level of service to every client.
A workflow is just the set of activities and tasks that must be completed to successfully deliver a service. #4 Use our List Referrals function
Our List Referrals tool allows you to list all of your referrals according to any of the additional filters available, for example their referral origin or referrer. It’s the perfect tool to find out, for example, how many questionnaires have been completed or more importantly NOT completed and need to be followed up.
You can use these filters to really drill down into your referrals data and inform the future of your provision.
#5 Utilising our LMS integrations
