At ReferAll, our mission has always been to help health and wellbeing services to continuously improve their standards and their offering. For us, part of that mission is to always offer up our own new services, to help our customers to reduce inefficiencies. We’re always trying to find new ways to make managing lifestyle interventions easier, so allow us to introduce four new areas within ReferAll to do just that.
#1 Protected Schemes
In response to customer requests for stricter, locked-down scheme settings to prevent standard users from changing workflows and key configurations, we have developed a new solution.
The new Super User role means only that user has the power to modify or add to the following areas of your ReferAll platform. No more accidental deletions or changes to key functions!
- Lock down task and text message workflows so they remain untouched and can't vanish from the dashboard without a trace!
- Keep track of your team and individual user tasks by their outcomes
- Ensure the activities and sessions you've set up are safe from edits or deletions by general system users, ensuring your bookings calendar stays just the way you want it.
#2 Seamless Onboarding
Our latest update makes onboarding new referrals smoother than ever. We know that getting started with any new software can feel a bit overwhelming, so we’ve listened to feedback and brought in enhancements.
We’ve created a new Resource Centre, which serves as your hub for all your onboarding tutorials and support needs. This means you can access tutorials as and when you want, at your own pace, and share them with new team members or those who need a refresher.
New or returning users can now begin at ‘where do I start?’ to improve their onboarding and help with understanding new features. Whether you're new to ReferAll or looking to explore updated features, you can find everything in the new Resource Centre.
#3 Ask Doris
Why not get to know our fully trained, newest member of ReferAll's support team? Doris is our AI Coach Bot.
All you need to do is ‘Ask Doris’ and you'll receive lightening quick responses for speedy, tailored assistance. Whatever your question, Doris knows the answer. So ask Doris today, and you and your team can become the ReferAll Gurus of 2025!
#4 Enhanced Task Dashboard
We've also improved our dashboard task filters, so they’re more expansive and powerful.
Task filtering now offers an 'All Time' date range and 'All Owners' view by default, ensuring no task is overlooked. We've removed date-range limitations too, and introduced pages, for better task visibility and management.
All previous filters remain available on the dashboard too.
#5 MyReferAll
To improve the functionality of MyReferAll, we have introduced the all-new My Activity Diary. This is a user-friendly interface that allows your participants to easily log and update their activity entries.
Programme participants just need to go to the My Activity Diary tab, for an easy way to log any exercise they’ve completed. By simply clicking the 'Add Activity Entry' button, they can begin documenting their movement. This new feature is seamlessly integrated with the existing Activity Diary.
