Whilst our team of 10 strong continue to work from home, we thought it about time we gave you an insight into what and who makes up our inspirational team and our thoughts, hopes and even fears as coronavirus remains a constant in our lives.

What you do at ReferAll?
I’m the Customer Services Manager.
What’s it like to be a ReferAll employee?
Working at ReferAll since COVID-19 erupted has remained the same as always, despite all employees working from home! ReferAll is a great company. We’ve experienced challenges along the way, but with constant communication we’ve actually managed to get through the 'worst' of the pandemic.
What motivates our business?
ReferAll has maintained the lifeline of what we do, despite coronavirus – to help motivate others to use our system to help make their services better. Being faced with challenges of this proportion, we’ve proud to be here to support our customers throughout.
What are you learning from this pandemic?
To slow down and take each day as it comes, good and bad. To adjust to new changes (which is a weakness of mine) and, at the end of each day, remind myself everything will be ok!

What you do at ReferAll?
I’m the Head of Development at ReferAll.
What’s it like to be a ReferAll employee?
ReferAll is an interesting company to be working for, with a great team that is supportive, encouraging and keen to keep learning and adapting to new challenges.
What motivates our business?
Knowing that our platform is helping to grant people access to services they need from a health perspective can be motivating on a personal and professional level.
What are you learning from this pandemic?
The pandemic has brought a mixture of emotions, as I imagine it has for all, but I have enjoyed working from home. We managed to make that switch whilst maintaining our development cadence and customer service, which is testament to the ongoing hard work, dedication and professionalism of the entire team. My work life balance is much better, and I’ve also managed to get back into playing my guitar, which my work colleagues would be very glad that they’re not around to experience.

What you do at ReferAll?
I help with software testing, getting involved in technical support issues and liaising with the rest of the team on some of our recent projects, like the new improved Outcome Reports feature.
What’s it like to be a ReferAll employee?
We’re a small team, so it just as easy to get hold of a colleague via Teams as it was getting in person in the office. Working from home has had several benefits for me. Not having to commute has meant I have more time, so some mornings or evenings I’ve done a cycle to get some fresh air. When commuting, even during the long summer hours, this would not have been possible.
What motivates our business?
As a cloud-based solution provider, we are able to support our customers equally well while working from home or from our office.
What are you learning from this pandemic?
We are lucky that all of our jobs can be done remotely. A lot of desk-based jobs can be from home, and once this pandemic is over, I expect a lot of places will continue working in this way.
