A simpler, faster and more secure way to sign in
We're pleased to announce that Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available in ReferAll.
This new feature allows users to sign in using their existing Microsoft work account, removing the need to manage a separate ReferAll password and creating a smoother, more secure login experience.
For organisations delivering exercise referral schemes, social prescribing programmes and wellbeing services, this means less friction for users and greater alignment with existing IT and security policies.
Why we've introduced SSO
Many teams using ReferAll access multiple systems throughout their working day. Remembering separate usernames and passwords for every platform can be frustrating, time-consuming and often leads to unnecessary login issues.
With SSO, users can now access ReferAll using the same Microsoft credentials they already use to access their work email, Microsoft Teams and other business applications.
The result is a more familiar and streamlined experience that helps users get into the platform quickly and securely.

Important changes to be aware of
If you already have a ReferAll account registered with the same email address as your Microsoft work account, you may be prompted to complete a one-time account merge.
