A new Exercise Referral App, launched by software specialist ReferAll, enables participants to book, cancel and amend their appointments online. The intuitive platform aims to reduce the ‘scheduling’ burden for both staff and participants when booking, arranging and re-arranging appointments.
Exercise Referral staff have the assurance of receiving a notification via the ReferAll dashboard when each appointment is made, cancelled or rearranged. One-to-one appointments are immediately made available for other patients to book, maximising staff time and reducing appointment ‘down time’.
The app is straightforward to use with scheme participants receiving an SMS confirmation once the appointment is booked. ReferAll’s software can also be set up to send text reminders to participants prior to their appointment.
